  • Start times are strictly observed when cycling
  • Be courteous of your fellow riders and help less experienced ones
  • Bring nutrition bars or food, electrolyte replacement drink, some cash and a camera. A map of the daily cycle routes will be provided
  • It is recommended that you wear the correct cycle gear; shorts, shoes, gloves.
  • See across the cycle mileage we recommend on a weekly basis for training purposes. We organise some sessions before departure, but we strongly recommend you also do your own weekly training.
